Existing Conditions Assessment
This phase includes the assessment of the City's existing conditions and the analysis of the City's Demographic & Economic Trends.
Needs Assessment
This phase will assess the needs of the City both today and in the future through technical methods and community input.
This phase will also define the City's Guiding Principles and Community Goals for the Comprehensive Plan.
Recommendations Report
This phase includes the development of policy and project recommendations and the prioritization of various initiatives,
all of which are designed to address the issues identified in Phase 2.
